SIMPLionEX is an early-stage business, and this policy is written to describe plainly what actually happens with information on this website — rather than to promise more than we currently do.

Who we are

SIMPLionEX builds practical technology for real operational problems, including the SafeTrack digital fire register. If you have any question about this policy or how your information is handled, email us at support@simplionex.com and we will answer directly.

Information collected through this website

This website has no accounts, no forms and no sign-up. We do not run advertising trackers on it. The only personal information we receive through this site is what you choose to send us yourself — for example, when you email us.

Like virtually all websites, this site is served through a hosting platform that may process standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) in order to deliver the site, keep it secure and diagnose problems. We do not use those logs to build profiles of visitors.

Email correspondence

When you contact us by email, we receive the information you send: typically your name, email address and the content of your message. We use it only to reply to you and to follow up on the topic you raised. We keep correspondence for as long as it is useful for that purpose, and we delete it on request.

We do not add email addresses to marketing lists, and we do not sell or share correspondence with third parties.

SafeTrack

SafeTrack, our digital fire register, is a separate product served from https://safetrack.simplionex.com. Because SafeTrack handles workplace and staff data, it has its own privacy notice on that site, which describes how product data is handled. This page covers only the website you are reading now.

Third-party links

This site links to external services such as the SafeTrack site and the BBF newsletter on LinkedIn. Those services have their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to read them. We are not responsible for how third-party services handle your information.

Your choices

If you have emailed us and would like a copy of what we hold, a correction, or deletion of your correspondence, email support@simplionex.com and we will take care of it.
